Projects
Real transformations, from the curb to the entry to the living room. Each one started with a homeowner who wanted a cleaner, more modern home.
BEFORE
AFTERSacramento, CA
This 1970s split-level in Sacramento had good bones hidden behind tan lap siding, brown shutters, and overgrown shrubs. The homeowners worked with a pro from our network to wrap the house in charcoal board-and-batten, add warm wood accents at the entry, and swap in a modern glass-lite door. Fresh, layered landscaping finished the new look.
BEFORE
AFTERSan Jose, CA
In San Jose, a living room lined with dark wood paneling and shag carpet felt closed-in despite its big windows. The paneling came out for smooth, light walls, wide-plank oak floors went in, and a simple flush-mount fixture replaced the old ceiling fan. The result is a bright, calm room that finally makes the most of its daylight.
BEFORE
AFTERSan Diego, CA
A narrow San Diego entry had a worn six-panel door, a crowded wall of coat hooks, and tired tile underfoot. It now opens with a modern wood door, a built-in bench with cubbies and hooks, a sculptural globe pendant, and large-format stone-look tile. Everyday clutter finally has a place to go.
